Who cares what a person's skin color is. If 10 qualified people happen to be white then so be it. They should get the job.
Look at NBA - there's like 5 qualified black people and they have the job. I don't see the white people screaming that they should be represented too? Nor the browns nor the yellows.
We're keeping racism alive by constantly talking about a person's skin color. Who cares. Just find the right person instead of trying to give unqualified people the job and depriving another qualified person.
I've found black people to be quite racist as well - using words like negro and n-word and checking another person's skin color to see if they can say it or not, having things like NAACP (colored people? White isn't a color?), Black pride, BET, Black history month, black lives matter etc.
Everyone's racist to an extent and that is required human survival nature.
We should just stop talking about a person's skin color and just look at the best people for the role.
