I pretty much agree with MarwoodWalks.
but i don't mind it being predictable since the vast majority of movies out there don't do something new/original etc. like i always say... it's not about doing something new/original but taking a idea that's already been done and doing it well.
Gal Gadot etc in lingerie was basically the highlight of the movie (which is what MarwoodWalks said). but that aside... i did have a little laugh once in a while but the movie as a whole is pretty dull.
it's current 5.8/10 (with 10,354 votes) average is generous in my mind as i would say 5.8/10 for an average is a bit high considering i have seen some movies score around that or lower that are solid movies but in general there is VERY few movies on IMDb that have a 5.9/10 or lower average score that i personally scored a 7 or higher. so for the most part anything that has a average under a 6.0 is nearly guaranteed to be nothing special given my experience in what i have seen even though it's happened. but once you get into the 4.x/10 or lower range it's pretty much non-existent (with only one exception for me).
i gave it a 4/10 (which is below average). for measure... most movies i have seen score either a 5/10 (Thumbs Down, but usually decent enough to see once) or a 6/10 (a mild Thumbs Up). only 201 movies (which is "My Favorites" link below in my signature) managed to score a 7 or higher from me.
so while i don't think it's failure level (which anything a 3/10 or less is 'failure and/or boring' for me) it's not much better than that range.
but i will say in terms of straight comedies, which this movie would be in that category, it's fairly difficult to find any of those of any real worth. in fact, the most recent straight comedy that i think stands out is... We're the Millers (2013) which i gave a 7/10 which makes it within my Top 201 movies in general.
p.s. to be clear... movies ill re-watch from time-to-time cannot score lower than a 6/10 for me and movies that i won't re-watch cannot score higher than a 5/10. that's my basic Thumbs Up vs Thumbs Down of a movie as movies of any real worth are movies you want to re-watch from time to time as the years pass and those that don't pass that basic test are ultimately forgettable (hence, Thumbs Down for the forgettable movies).
