When Barbara Broccoli said that It would be two years until the next Bond movie will be filmed, but I think Amazon would want to push for new movies sooner rather than later. Her father knew what he was doing back then, when Sean Connery quit the series after filming YOLT, they interviewed Cubby and he said “Sean has been a great Bond, but audiences come to see James Bond, no matter who the actor is that’s playing him. We’ll keep on making these films as long as people want to see them!”
Listen to your father Babs!!! Get over your Craig fetish and go back to Fleming or just step down
Hire an actor, get the script written, let’s go….there is absolutely no reason to wait.

The medium is being pushed to the limit, and them trying to do any Bond in space movies again and it's hard not to think it doesn't become a hybrid sci-fi mixed with surrealism.

The fact that the film sat for nearly two years before release when they could have worked on getting the next together shows that their passion for the franchise is gone. They need to hire a new person to take the creative reigns because it's clear they view Bond as more of a inconvenience to them than anything else.
