Is there a meaning or significance to the symbols displayed on Q's computer screen, assigned to Nomi (symbol is phi) and James (symbol is the trident) during the "Smart Blood" monitoring sequence, while infiltrating Safin's headquarters?

There's a connection of the Phi symbol with feminism... I don't know the details. The trident seems likely to be tied to Bond's rank as a naval Commander.
