Who else will be incredibly pissed if this is the ending...
At the very end Bond retires and passes on his "007" and "James Bond" "codenames" to a new agent who will then be the focus of Bond 26?

shareI sure hope not and that would be really stupid. I actually just wish they'd go back to the way things were before where each film was just it's own separate thing and had little to nothing to do with the film that came before it.
shareThis would be optimal but I always though the fan theory of 007 being a "title" and thus encompassing all the actors under one cannon was kinda cool. So I wouldn't mind TBHWY.
I'll take any ending if they'd just make a decent Bond film for a change.
Even if they did that with Craig's Bond, that would not retroactively change the original continuity. It's clear that Bond was not a code name or title in the first 20 films, but one character.
