Is it really difficult to watch?

It doesn't show actual treatment, but there is extensive footage of him in hospital and at home, which I didn't find difficult to watch as he had such a positive attitude and was surrounded by his family. He was writing for his blog right up to the end. He also used a voice synthesiser as he was no long able to speak because his lower jaw had been removed.
