Those puppets/muppets are actually very cute, if not adorable.
shareI sympathise, snelling - I also found that once my morbid fascination was satiated (fairly early on), it was often too difficult for me to view the debilitating physical state that Roger's anti-cancer surgeries had created for him.
But I trust we both share functioning eyelids, and the ability to look away, while continuing to appreciate the spoken words on this wonderful biopic's soundtrack. If you choose to give Life Itself another viewing, as I hope you may, remember that you always have a choice as to what takes up your field of view.
I will try it again because I grew up with Roger Ebert as sort of an uncle to me.
