A better ending would have been if he died! OR at the end when the guy is holding the girls nose, and he goes go ahead kill her! and figures out that he was being conned the whole time, and brings us back to the same scenario in the beginning.
shareMy scenario would have been straight out of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels or Duplicity. The girl's purposes in that second half would have been a lot more elaborate. She unknowingly sets up Nick without him noticing despite his best efforts, sort of the same way Michael Cain & Steve Martin got conned and Julia Roberts & Clive Owen were conned by someone.
The last half of the movie fell flat. I had to rate it 4 out of 10.
