Margot was great !

I've seen Margot Robbie twice now and I think she's simply grand, whether it be the" Wall St " film or in this film she appears to have a flare for light comedy that is rare. No question she's an eyeful, sexy and appealing and yet there's more. The camera clearly loves her and she provides each scene in which she appears with a sparkle and energy that few other actresses are capable of. It would be difficult to assess her range from what I've seen so far, yet when a scene calls for pathos she seems to deliver. Carole Lombard, Judy Holliday come to mind when I watch her and like Holliday her voice has a unique quality that captivates me. In my humble opinion, given the right opportunities, her future seems limitless. I guess only time will tell, but for my money she is far and away a bright spot amongst her contempories in Hollywood.

All true. But she's just too damn hot to get the roles which will provide for longevity. I hope I'm wrong.

It's early yet and playing up her sexual attractive qualities is clearly putting her best foot forward. But in time, when the next flavor of the month comes into view, she'll have to consider roles wth more depth if she is to have any staying power. That typically means taking on roles where her appearance is played down and the audience must accept her sans the femme fatale vision. That is when the good ones prevail and endure, while those who rely on their beauty alone are cast adrift. Clearly she still has time, but when that time comes I'm of the opinion she will find her footing and be successful ala Sandra Bullock and the like.

Sandra Bullock is cute. Margot Robbie is finer than owl *beep* Best comparison is Charlize Theron, perhaps. And she's done it. Robbie has personality, too. She'll stick around.

She was great in Z for Zachariah, and that wasn't a film that subjected her sexuality

She just needs to ask Charlize and Sandra for advice. Those two really have disproved the "beautiful women have a harsh shelf life" theory. Selected the right roles (mostly).

Agreed!

yeah good comparison, she definitely has magnetism, she needs a good romcom to lure in the masses

I thought the scene out in the snow near the beginning was weak for her. Her reactions were. Maybe it went on too long, but it became tired and her reactions did not feel genuine.

The one redeeming value from this boring film was seeing her on screen. She's hot to look at and has a certain presence on screen normally associated with more experienced actors and actresses. Can't wait to see more of her in 2016.

I loved her. Obviously Hollywood loves her too because she's getting some major leading roles. She's Jane in the upcoming The Legend of Tarzan and Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad. I see her going far!

Get away from her, you BITCH!!!

Big fan of hers and she was fantastic in FOCUS.

Cant wait to see her in SUICIDE SQUAD

I thought she was awful, as an Australian knowing she's Australian its painful listening to her attempt at an American accent. Sure its passable but it feels so forced. Felt the same about her attempt in about time when she tried to be British. She needs to work on it. I think she will be out of Hollywood in a few years tbh.

reply

She signed a 10 year deal with suicide squad so I doubt she's going anywhere.
