He helped get the computer password... Jess had nothing to do with it.

Yes she does get the watch. She's wearing it when she's helping Nickie to the hospital in the last shot.
share2- They never specifically say how they got the EXR data, but I assume Nicky got it from Owen (Nicky's father) who was working for Garriga and in on the scam.
