This address is real, but it's a brick (not brownstone) building with the lower apartment entrance on the left of the front stairs.

And if on the market would sell for around $5 Million to $6 Million. Built in 1899.

The disparity is not particularly surprising given that most of the "Brooklyn" scenes were shot in Montreal.
