Why was Domhnall Gleeson's (Jim) name placed second in the credit scenes even before Emory Cohen (Tony), even though Tony was the more important of the two?

shareA bigger question, is his name just an alternate spelling of "Donald"? Every time I have heard someone associated with one of his movies say his name it comes out sounding like "Donald" or "Donall".
Anyone know for sure??
