What were the other endings? (spoilers)

I already know that one of the endings had Bond shooting Blofeld on the bridge. And the ending we ended up with was a chase between Bond and Blofeld in nighttime London that looked way too similar to Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation's climax. Anyone know what the other endings were before we ended up with the Rogue Nation-style climax?

There was another ending on one of the script leaks where Bond says to Swan "we have all the time in the world."

Someone once mentioned before the infamous Sony hack apparently Christoph Waltz was a red herring, and the character 'C' would've turned out to be Blofeld. Don't know if this is true, though.
