So BOND has initiated a country's tradition??

I saw the Day of the Dead parade in Mexico City in Spectre, and I figured that sort of thing had been going on for years at this annual holiday! And now I find that it was all staged for the movie, but they're going to make it an annual tradition because of a Bond movie? It seems the film industry really IS that powerful and influential!
