It was very noticeable that Green was left out and it's clearly because QoS isn't highly regarded, I did notice his name mentioned and his picture on the computer screen but they should have had his picture hanging up with Le Chiffre and Silva.
Greene was a mere annoyance when compared to Le Chiffre and Silva, sure he was responsible for the death of Mathis but the other 2 did greater damage to Bond on both physical and mental levels.
