I hate how movies like this are lit.
I know they're trying to create a mood, but it's annoying how it's either dark or dimly lit no matter where they are.

Inside the police station ... all the cops are sitting around at desks lit by 1 or 2 dim lights.
Inside Sarchie's own house! Despite the daughter being totally freaked out on a number of occasions, Sarchie and his wife, still apparently believe there's no need to actually turn on a light, now and then.
Many of the "action scenes", such as Butler's encounter with Santino, are just spoilt by the deliberately dimmed and distorted lighting.🐭
