I have been using Previously.TV since the demise of TVWoP. Great group of folks over there and trolls are not tolerated.

There are at least a couple of
subreddits about Black Sails:

One is public:

Another is private:
   https://www.reddit.com/r/black_sails/
       (I don't know the admission policies for that private subreddit.
        You can click to "Message the Moderators" if you want to ask.)

An admin at TheMovieDB.org has experimentally reopened
their discussion forums for all shows and movies.
