I would have liked to watch him die a horrible death. I'm so sick of his whining and crying. Flint is much more intelligent than he will ever be. He needs to accept that Flint is the leader and he needs to stop undermining him. I was hoping Flint was going to severely wound him, but alas.
shareI feel the same way with Silver. He acts as if he's a saint talking about the darkness that Flint is and all that. The problem with Flint is that even though people respect and fear him, the ones that are close to him always end up undermining him like Mr. Gates, Billy and now Silver. But the hard fact is Flint is the one who always rises to the occasion and must lead.

It's perfectly true that the signal-to-noise ratio has gotten much worse, and there are a lot of useless threads started by annoying people. But there continue to be opportunities to see that other viewers have different and interesting perspectives.
For what it's worth, John Silver and Billy are my favorite characters.
Indeed. It's a real shame. I'll miss having friendly discussions with people.
