I watched it and rewound several times, still couldn't tell:

Something like, "here it ends"?

Anybody know?

She says "Here it is"?

But what is the "it" referring to?

I assumed that she was referring to the ultimate boiling point having been reached, and foresaw the shooting of a guard by an inmate leading to a major crackdown and a much more restrictive life for all of them.

That's what I thought it was, but I didn't get the meaning, so I wasn't sure
