shareIts about the woman (Kate Beckinsale) finding a room in her new house calling the disappointments room where the previous owner (this mean old man) locked up his daughter (whose face was mangled) because he was ashamed of her. He also killed the daughter in that same room and buried her in their back yard. Kate Beckinsale then tries to kill the old man but her husband walks in and sees her hitting her child's bed with a hammer, almost killing him. Kate is also very mentally ill because she went nuts after she accidentally smothered her infant daughter in her sleep because they were in the same bed. So therefore Kate believes that she made all of this up and she's just crazy so they all move out of the house and decide to go back to the city. However as they are leaving, Kate sees the old man in that house so therefore Kate really did see all of that happen.
