I'm guessing that's what the night time scene at 1:09 is about but I can't be certain.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

I believe that scene was the celebration of prohibition being lifted

Hmm, still I hope they don't cut out that part. It was cool reading about them raiding the Navy ship and blowing it up.
