This happens to be about revenge, but it absolutely does not belong in the revenge genre (if you consider that defined by the likes of Oldboy and I Saw the Devil). Specifically, the main emphasis is not on the sense of retribution and the thirst for it, but on the suspense generated by the protagonists' very limited competence.
