I don't think I've ever seen such a sad-sack, tender and poignant protagonist before. The poor fellow's expressive eyes showed everything he was going through.
And he went through hell. What a tragic, tragic character.
The actor was very impressive. He conveyed Dwight's pain in an extraordinarily sensitive manner.
