Just a few problems with the start of the movie - minor spoilers

Let me start by saying I enjoyed the movie. When the moving started a few things didn't quite make sense to me. Dwight is seen in his blue car outside the prison where wade is being released. He's parked there, was he not approached by cops? Would cops not be suspicious of a vehicle parked outside where an inmate is being released after 10 years for murdering two people? After that the Clevelands leave and Dwight is tailing them, very very close to their car. They didn't seem him parked at the prison and then driving behind them? Then after the Clevelands pull into the bar, Dwight drives past a few hundred feet until turning into the grass, to me it looked like his was very close to the bar and yet the clevelands still did not see him?? Finally after Wade is taken care of, his brother is heard knocking on the door, why wouldn't he just walk in? I mean the two of them were already in there and they don't seem like the courteous people to knock. Wades brother entering the bathroom would of ended the movie right there. Like I said I enjoyed the movie just these things took me out of the beginning. Is there something I missed?

Two things that they teach at NYU. Artistic License and Suspension of Disbelief. Not everything makes sense in the real world. This is the movies.

Oh I understand that. I tend to defend movies for being movies. However these problems could have easily been avoided. 1, Have Dwight being out of sight at the prison. 2, Have Dwight drive past the bar and circling around. 3, Not having the brother knocking at all sense it was not necessary. Easily fixed and the movie stays a lot more grounded in reality.

They probably release a few inmates a day, so they must have thought that it was just one of the about-to-be-released inmates' families' cars, or just a hobo's car (which it was). It's not really bothering for me. But, yes, they could've made it a bit smoother.

They're probably too excited to notice him. I guess the Clelands didn't think much of Dwight or his sister, in terms of their capacity for revenge or violence since they're just regular people, not gun toting rednecks like them. Also, it seemed that they hadn't received any threat (or heard anything at all) from Dwight or his sister in years. So, it was understandable that they were not cautious and didn't notice that they're being followed. They're probably busy catching up with Wade in the Limo.

Wade said to his brother that he wanted to piss alone since he hadn't had the luxury to do so in prison.

BTW, great movie. Effective visual narrative. Every scene has important plot and dramatic contents.

why would the cops attend a prisoner leaving jail, just in case a revenge murderer tailed him? Why not escort single women home from work, they can't be everywhere a crime could occur.

They didn't see Dwight because they weren't looking, they were in a group and felt safe, they didn't expect a revenge hit.

Just for the close tailing. I would say that is to do with them being in a limo with tinted windows and celebrating. Limo's are not known for their ability to see everything around you.
