Dark Universe soloution - do a sequel to this AND Frasers Mummy

the Fraser Mummy were hugely popular with audiences which is maybe the reason Universal went with a reboot to launch their 'Dark Universe'.. but when Cruise Mummy came out alot of people were like 'uh where's Brendan Fraser? Why the reboot?' also Cruise Mummy actually ended up making less than the first 2 Fraser Mummys domestic and worldwide (and that's unadjusted too) and less than Mummy 3 domestically (it made around the same worldwide ..again unadjusted) but still The Cruise Mummy made over 400m so not too bad.

But now the Dark Universe has been seemingly cancelled why not just focus on the solo 'Mummy' franchise and do a '241 sequel' which would work as a sequel to both Mummy 3 and Cruise Mummy (similar to how Alien Covenant, Creed 2, and Glass are sequels to 2 separate film series) possible as the Fraser Mummy 'book of the dead' cameod in the new movie (therefore potentially the same universe).

e.g. set present day shortly after Cruise Mummy that also works as a sequel to Mummy: Tomb of Dragon (maybe Fraser could've been affected by mummy spell/magic so lives to present day to fight the Sofia Boutella Mummy. With no Cruise/Crowe of course)...or... set 10 years after Mummy: Tomb of Dragon that also incorporates elements of Cruise Mummy (so a sequel to Mummy 3/prequel to Cruise Mummy) and Cruise could cameo in an end credits scene set present day (doubt hed be up for coming back properly anyway)
