A Secret Service Agent would never call the First Lady by her first name

That bothered me too! I could not imagine who would be calling her Jackie instead of Mrs. Kennedy.

The guy who called Mrs. Kennedy by her first name was Dave Powers - not Secret Service and friends with both JFK and Mrs K. for many years. Not all in dark suits in the ER were Secret Service.
