People make fun of Scheana's face (saying she looks like a spoonface) but James said "Nice nose job." Did she have a nose job? Did she need one? anyone have a before and after pic to post?

I stand by my completely accurate analogy that Teresa looks like a Monchichi mated with a Treasure Troll and Jaq looks like Megan Fox's weird toe thumbs :)

Not nose job but she has probably lipoed the fat out of her face resulting in that look, which looks like shes missing her bottom jaw
