Jax broke a bottle of patron in the ice bin

What a huge mess! Gave me a headache just thinking about how they cleaned that up...

I'm sure there are health department rules for such accidents (melt/throw out the entire contents of the ice bin and clean it thoroughly), but I suspect the bartenders kept on using the ice as if nothing happened.

It was Jax that broke the bottle and he did start scooping out the ice, which is required by law. NO way they left the glass in there and got away with it.

I worked in restaurant's forever. It REALLLY sucks when you break glass in the ice bin. You have to fill up a bucket of hot water, melt alllllll the ice in the ice bin. This is time consuming especially if you are busy, you are pretty much *beep* Then once the ice is melted you have to wipe it clean and make sure all the ice is gone. Then you have to refill the ice bin which usually requires multiple trips with the ice bucket to the ice machine to the ice bin. Soooo much fun. Like if you break glass in the ice bin, the next 15 mins of you life is ruined and all your coworkers hate you. Lol
