The real life It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

So many hilarious similarities between these shows. Both are about a group of the biggest narcissists, alcoholics, drug addicts, cheaters, liars, manipulatiors, they constantly back stab each other and destroy each other's lives yet they for some reason remain friends, and they all work at a bar for a millionaire. There is even an episode in each show where a main character lies to the rest of the characters about having cancer. And there's also a character who thinks she's a good actress/comedian when in fact she's absolutely horrible... as well as a flamboyant man who thinks he's a good singer/musician but is just awful...

Any other Sunny fans here? Any other similarities you can find?
