I noticed that during the bar brawl, he licked his hand and then rubbed it over the girl he was arguing with. This reminds me of when he spat on Kristin's door. Is this his go-to defense move? I think it would agitate more than deflect.

If LVP hires him back and I was apart of her staff, I'd get everyone to go out on stress leave stating James Kennedy as the cause so we didn't have to work with the tosser and get paid at the same time!!!!
