Series 3 - Jack Bence (Grayson), Michelle Gomez (Pickwell)?

I just watched the premiere of series 3 and I loved it!

However, I did wonder where Jack Bence/"Frank Grayson" was and whether Michelle Gomez/"Miss Pickwell" will ever return?

Fraser, Pickwell, Grayson & Mitchell are my favourite characters, they all have such brilliant comic delivery and have great chemistry with Jack Whitehall.
