The scene with the shooting is a complete and total replay of the actual footage of the actual shooting, right? So I don't understand why there's any debate on this. The police had a black man pinned lying face down on the pavement and shot him in the back. Why else do you think they very quickly ruled it a homicide? That never happens in cases of people being shot by the police. They always try to cover it up and get the cop off. This time there was no cover-up because you can't cover up what happened here.
