Is this intentionally bad?

Watching this now and it seems like it's a manufactured "bad movie." Like this can't be as bad as it is on accident. It seems like someone watched The Room and said "I bet we could make something worse."

I want to believe. But Breen's been making films like this for years now, and there's no outside evidence suggesting he's self-consciously creating "bad" cinema.

I don't think he [Breen] set out to make something intentionally bad, so I think the fact the acting and everything about his stuff is hilariously goofy is an accident---which honestly kind of makes it funnier and more genuine.

No, but its still entertaining because of how bad it is.
