Late to the conversation, but I didn't notice if the car had hand controls or not. People who are paralyzed can drive, they just control the brakes and gas on the steering wheel. So I just assumed that's what it was.

shareNope, makes no sense since it was his brothers car, his sweet ride as he called it and had just come back from a long trip… the movie just pretends that Sam (Peter Dinklage) isn’t a midget like it wouldn’t matter … & he was lucky that Dunn’s wife didn’t see his memory scan since he basically murdered their daughter and made it look like his brother did it by driving drunk
