I think I was drooling.
I think I was drooling at times, this move literally put me in a coma for about an hour and 50 minutes. It was full of holes that could swallow the state of Rhode Island (also the state I reside in).
Spoiler***
Never would of thought that a kidnapper would randomly out of no where let the captive visit her father, and then acts like a complete nut and wants to leave her father to go back to the kidnapper. I can understand the relationship with the captive and capture starts to become a mental issue as they start to cling after watching so many SUV marathons; but why did she yell when she heard a noise in the house but was willing to leave her dad? The stupid "gimmick" speech was mind bustingly idiotic and how she just said she has to go because it was a game. The father didn't even mention it to the officers at all. The capture played by Kevin Durand was terrible at best, his character had no character development (actually all the characters were like that) and was so stiff. The part when he pulled the gun out was so unnatural, it's like he overacted and completely fail. Especially when the very ugly and old looking female partner who is only 33 shoots the detective (who had a vest on) once in the arm, and he fires one shot and kills her. There is no such thing as an instant kill with a pistol, I'm a gun enthusiast and it's proven. Even if the heart stops, you don't die instantly. He basically dying from probably what is flesh wound, as he kill the kidnapper who approached him in the weirdest and most awkward attempted attack I ever seen. He was so stiff, it was like he had no legs. Oh and a part I forgot to mention about her disappearance, no one put it together or further investigate the missing of Dawson's character as they only talked about who was sitting at an empty chair, and the boss started to dose off, just like I was throughout the whole movie, figuring they accidentally gave him the glass of the date rape instead, but nope. At the end the girl finally is happy to see her parents and doesn't a terrible job displaying it, it was a faker display than Nicki Minaj's ass. The detective's in the hospital with his flesh wound, which was clear when he rubbed on the wall and blood smeared on it. Dawson was never found. Terrible acting by everyone, and I really mean everyone. Even Ryan was terrible and we didn't see him half the time. Dawson's performance was dreadful, especially with her speech. The kidnapper was a pedophile T1000, he had no emotions at all, I don't even know why he's even acting. The mother looked like a meth user, she's not even 40 but looks so much older and the daughter (Alexia Fast) is probably mentally challenged in real life. I can go on and on about how terrible it was, how the cop accused the father right away. Bringing up a fight he had as an excuse to sell his daughter or something, to the stupid "gimmick" speech, or when he pulled the missing girl picture and the restaurant owner called the cops after he said that's my daughter and responded I don't care who that is, like why?!?!?! Why would you say you don't care who that girl is or who the father, he's missing his daughter! I can go on at how badly it was written to try to point the blame on the father when he had no part, but they tried so hard to do so. There was no life in this movie, it was a cast of zombies.
Ok, I am done venting like a teenage girl. Sorry, this movie crossed the line and I don't usually say this cliche, but I want the 1hr and 50mins left back.
