I've always liked this guy, even in *beep* movies (first noticed him in Smokin' Aces), but he looks super badass in this movie and it also appears that he gets to really impact the film through a character, rather than an archetype. Who knows, but I like the guy and hope he's good in it.

sharejust watched the film. Kevin Durand was very good in the role. Creepy, somewhat sinister, just shy of over the top - good balancing act. Great film too - not sure why all the bad press...
shareI've always like Durand, he was very good in this role and I like the movie overall. He slimmed down quite a bit and grayed his hair, doesn't look anything like he normally does.
shareI won't claim to be a Kevin Durand officiant, but I have seen A LOT of his movies and I like the dude as an actor. This was such a different role for him. He got to display some real range and he did so brilliantly, IMO. Well done, sir.
