Without finishing if, has no right to "review" it. You didn't respect the movie enough to watch the whole thing, and the amount of time you spent criticizing the style and characters could have been spent actually finishing the movie.

Fortunately for people who are actually interested in movies beyond their ability to divert our attention from our lives for two hours, film is a visual and auditory medium first and foremost and a "strong" plot isn't a requirement.
