On his forehead it is written:
جاکش
(Jaksh)

It means "pimp"

Obviously a man taking pride in his work. It would have been nice o see some more flesh and discover if other identifying words were tatted.

I'm an Iranian
These are actually very offensive words in Iran and someone who uses these words is considered so impolite that I'm ashamed of writing them, and no gentleman uses them, but for the purpose of knowledge:
What is written on his head is: جا کش
It means someone who provides rooms and places for people to have sex there

کس کش Means pimp

According to the writer/director it means "pussy puller" or "pussy stretcher" this is what ana says on the special features of the bluray. Not "pimp".
