Favorite scene?

I love this movie. It oozes and drips with style, visually and aurally.

I love the scene where Arash and the girl are in her room the first time. The disco lights dot the scene with light. Arash, in a vampire costume, slowly approaches the girl, a real vampire, not in a vampire costume. The music is terrific.

I also love the scene where they meet in the powerplant, I think. So beautifully shot. The background provides this intense almost surreal background. The surreal feeling is apt; it is a vampire movie after all. Reminds me of Fellini's 8 1/2 scene where the lead is talking to a girl in some tower with lights. Also reminds me of Fellini's La Dolce Vita where the lead talks to his girl in the streets at night with intense lights in the background. I was surprised to see Fellini's name being mentioned when I googled A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night.

When The Girl danced alone before killing the pimp. Her slinky moves were cat-like and it felt like a cool pre-kill ritual in her own habitat before taking to the streets. Dug it the most.

Since I basically found the film stultifying, I'll have to answer with the scene of Arash Marandi's lower half in boxers, otherwise the pit of the dead. Marandi's attractiveness saved me from total inertia watching this.
