Oh, in that case, it's probably just that nobody's bothered to add his name to the list. IMDB is essentially a heavilly moderated Wiki. If nobody tells them an actor did a job, they won't magically know about it...
But in a more general sense, when actors request to not be given credit, it's usually just for the credits in the movie/show/game. Often, their names will appear in IMDB anyway with the tag "(Uncredited)". Once again, because IMDB is esentailly a commercial wiki, so if a fan submits an actors name for a work, and they did actually contribute to it, they'll probably be acknowledged, even if they refused a place on the official credits. However, if they were really determined to not be credited at all, I'm sure they could contact IMDB and IMDB would remove their name from the page.
