Animal Killings...

I know these things happen, but does every movie with an animal in it have to be killed? We see it time and again, so can't it just for once not happen. Do directors hate animals or something?

It was annoying and drawn out. As soon as you see an animal you know it's there to die.

Not necessarily. In the Stephen King film The Stand, the dog Kojak lived past the end of the film.

I'm aware there are exceptions...

Not every movie, only the shitty ones directed by a shitty director with no imagination.
Like this one.
