This too me seemed like something from the supernatural show where the black glob comes in there mouths in supernatural and they use a magic spell of words to let it out of there mouths coming back for more. But it's like what I said but the black glob doesn't just fly away like in supernatural it just came out of her mouth and just looks like a big mess of squid ink. But my point is wouldn't you say this can be related to an actual exorcism like in the "exorcist" movie!!???

I'd say it was more overwhelming grief, depression and guilt that consumed her than an actual demon or being. Her throwing it up and fighting it was more of her dealing with her emotions because not dealing with them had become harmful to everyone around her.
