OT: Lionsgate and SAW producers, attention ;) -Video inside-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDKbiiU75G0&feature=youtu.be

I have THE idea for SAW VIII. something that will bring saw back to its old roots while giving it something new and not disappoint everyone. something to make all fans and new comers go nuts and not bash the series. wrote my own script for SAW VIII, I just need the right people to show it to.

Pre caution. Im well aware this scene has a ton of continuity. My dream is to become a filmmaker. I grew up with a pretty tough life, but it made my strong. money and time was never on my side, but I got a hold of a camera and learned all I could through books, youtube, and commentaries on film making, to start some freelance work. This was just a test scene to see where im at. with no professional equipment or actors, or even a location to film, this is what I was able to come up with. haha And my camera man forgot to hit record on a ton of of shots, thus the reason for no screaming during the digging. also, the ice...or "glass" lol was melting very fast, so we were rushed. Hope this gives some of you big fans a little tickle ;)

It's entirely possible that posting a SAW demo on the unrelated Hell Baby message board will not yield anything for you.

This is dreadful, it's your dream to be a film-maker yet all you've really done is watched films, commentaries and screenplays? Yeah, that's not going to get you far, also the fact your first ever product shows no originality, charisma or anything that would attract possible studio's etc. is proof that you're not cut out for this
Of all the things to make for your first short or feature you don't create something from an already established franchise, it shows unprofessionalism and it also shows a lack of creativity, which really isn't great
Take me for instance, my first ever 5 minute short centred on two girls watching a movie that they also happened to star in but as different characters as they went through the horror rules and performed every cliche before eventually managing to do away with the killer
It's not filmed the best, some bad lighting, some awful sound issues but the variety of camera angles and the fact I wrote it entirely alone say a lot for the difference between someone with a pipe dream (you) and someone who's been studying how to create films for the past 4 years (Me, i'm 19)
At the end of the day, I'd give up on this dream of being a film-maker as really you have no skill or knack for it and you're pretty much atrociously bad, also your first ever screenplay is for Saw 8? I'm really sorry but I've never ready anything so stupid, you try pitching that and you *beep* yourself out of ever getting close to making it
Write something else
My first film, is an ultra-gore, gross-out, British Horror, inspired by Evil Dead and the horror's of the 1980's and it's called Into the Woods, filming recently started on some of the gore scenes and while it's not the most original film going the amount of gore and the way it's been filmed and written are all aiding it in consistently getting more funding

For some reason I want to see this. Do you have a link to it?
