So in order to become a creator like his father he first had to commit Genocide and even if he did succeed in creating the perfect organism (Alien) do you think he would be satisfied or would he want more? I mean something like creating an Organism from scratch without the Engineers biotechnology.

David is particularly obsessed with perfection, he admires the most perfect of human creation, and that's why he admires Wagner, Byron, Michelangelo. So, in my opinion, he won't stop his quest for the perfect organism, no matter the cost. Some fan theory even speculates that David is probably the creator of the Queen.
