I hope this is more interesting than what it's prequelling
I watched 5 classic horrors in a weekend recently. just to see what they were about (since I was about 10 when they came out and I was firmly in the "you aren't allowed to watch that" age group at the time). I watched Carrie, Halloween, Fri 13th, Hellraiser and Nightmare on Elm street in the same weekend (the original first film in each series). god this one (F 13th) was boring. Hellraiser was kinda gooey (actually same principle as the mummy 1999 version, but darker). regards, "someone who often watches films where things blows up"
