In my ending;
Frank kills Joe for lying to him to get him to kill Brendan, and also for killing Katia.
Simon Boyd kills Frank.
Dani kills Simon Boyd and becomes the first Muslim and woman to run the Detroit Police Department.
Dawson converts to Islam.
The Renaissance Center becomes the biggest mosque in the world.
There, much better ending.
I really like how they wrote Dani. A strong, independent woman who doesn't let ANY man talk down to her or keep her down. While I think your post is ridiculous (and a bit creepy)...I wanted to jump into your thread just long enough to say that Dani is a character who could have her own show. And if she DID run a police department...she'd tell any man, family or otherwise, who tried to hold her back...to eff off. LOL.

shareI liked Dani as well, though I thought she exhibited a weakness of character by constantly refusing to believe that Frank was dirty, basically just because she liked/slept with him. With the way he kept disappearing off with Joe I would have suspected something was going down between the two of them, and kept up my guard. Maybe as she got more experience she would learn not to fall for such traps, but I would assume that kind of flaw could be great detriment to anyone trying to run a police department, especially a woman.
