What is the song at the end of last episode?

Does anyone know the song and band performing that bluesy instrumental at the end of "Ann Arbor, Surrender?" Did a Soundhound search, but got nada. Love the guitar riffs.

I want to know what song the guy was playing with the sax. That sounded great. This show is still new and there is no music listing.

Anybody get the name or creator? I wrote to AMC and they refused to answer me (directed me to IMDB) and Shazam was no help. Loved that riff.
