Wikipedia says the box office was 43 million, though. Not all that 43 million will go back to the studio, I'd say about one third goes to the theatre owners and two thirds go back to the studio. So it looks like this movie lost money.
This is Millenium. Their model is to presale foreign rights (possibly in slates) to make up the production budget. That's how they make so many statham and cage films. They get 3 million from Russia. 1 million from Indonesia. 4 million from the UK and so on. If they do it right, they preselling foreign for more than the total production budget, then sell domestic to a distributor, or else give it a semi-wide release themselves because US theatrical means a higher price on foreign distribution.
