Little girl actor was terrific

The actor playing the daughter was brilliant. So many movies have awful kid actors but it was refreshing to see a good one.

You got it all wrong. The word you are looking for is not "terrific", but "terrible".

I agree. Probably the best I have seen in a very long time. They said she walked in the audition and pretty much automatically given the part. Def going to follow her career.

i thought she was cute and all but over played the part. especially the crying scene at the dock, that was so cringworthy

She was over acting every time, she doesn´t suppose to look older.

She can certainly act, but she acts too mature for her character. I don't know if that's what the director wanted, or if she can only act this way. In many ways she looks like an under-grown but mature teenager.

Classics are names that everyone heard, yet most have never seen!!

Yep. I was very surprised. She did a wonderful job.

Who's going to believe a talking head? Get a job in a sideshow.

She WAS terrific. I knew I was going to like the movie when she licked that boys butt in the very beginning.
