Could someone help me find out where the building we see as "the Civic" is?

According to this site, Mr Selfridge was filmed in Kent. I'm sure that the Civic Building Society is a building in Kent as well.

I could be wrong, but I thought it was the same building I once saw in one episode of Foyle's war.
